Provides motorcycle loans to agricultural workers of the
local government units and the Department of Agriculture
and its attached agencies to increase their mobility and
improve extension services in the countryside.

Crops Program (Policy Advocacy Component)
Creates an atmosphere conducive to the marketing of high
value commodities by: providing a venue for consultations
on policies and legislation; supporting participation in
agribusiness missions abroad, and in foreign and local market
promotions; and supporting industry associations through
technicaland financial assistance.
